Shipping

All orders are shipped through the U.S. Post Office using Media Mail rates and shipping terms. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you require your order to be received sooner, please indicate the date that you need your materials and we will try to accommodate your request.

Unused items may be returned within 4 weeks from date of receipt. On the Contact Us page, write your order number and items you with to return. We will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Put a copy of the RMA in with your returned items and ship with a tracking # and proper insurance on the package in case it is lost through the carrier. We will issue a refund check for your unused or damaged items within 48 hours.
